How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want each homeowner who reaches Carpetcushionco Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about any of these:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Carpetcushionco Windows & Siding
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work done on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record of what you said.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Carpetcushionco Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send Your Complaint

Email contact@carpetcushionco.site and include the following:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, typically within a few business days. Next we look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we send a reply that explains what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with contractors, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
